Deltasigs Reach Leadership Foundation Milestone - Benefactor

Oct 06, 2026 – Donors can make a difference in the lives of current and future members by contributing to the Leadership Foundation.

Lifetime, tax-deductible gifts to the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation enable the important work of the Fraternity and the Foundation as we seek to make an impact on the lives of students, alumni, and business professionals both today and in the future.

The following donors to the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation were recently recognized for reaching various milestones of giving:

Benefactor ($25,000 - $49,999)

 Jeff, Miami-Ohio, and Judith Jaspers Briggs, South Dakota, are dedicated Deltasigs. Jeff was honored as a Trustee Emeritus in 2023 for his service as a Leadership Foundation Trustee. He has regularly attended Grand Chapter Congress. Jeff is chief financial officer at Mount St. Joseph University. Judith was named to the Golden Council for her work as Provincial Vice President, Director of Administrative Services, and Chapter Consultant. Professionally, she works as the director, finance and support services for Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati. The Briggs were awarded their Silver Helmets in 2017

Conchita Dixon, Penn State-Erie, is a Leadership Foundation Trustee and has served as District Director for Drexel (PA) since 2021.  She has served as a Leadership Foundation Stewardship Committee member since 2008 and has attended more than 90 Fraternity events throughout her career, including every Grand Chapter Congress since 2001. Professionally, she is a retirement education specialist for Vanguard.

Aaron Gross, Pittsburgh, currently serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Panel, which focuses on advising the organization on emerging trends in business, higher education, and student success. He was also honored with his Silver Helmet Award in 2026 for 25 years of service and dedication to the Fraternity and Leadership Foundation. Professionally, Brother Gross is vice president of operations at Bath Fitter.

Becky Gradl, Valparaiso (IN), has attended nearly 40 Fraternity events, including every Grand Chapter Congress since 1993. She was recognized with her Silver Helmet in 2015. She previously served on the National Scholastic Development and Awards Committee and was the Host Committee Chair for the 2015 Grand Chapter Congress in Chicago. Professionally, Brother Gradl is a health systems standards specialist with J P Systems, Inc.
