The Hub

System Upgrades Officer Guide: What You Need to Know

Delta Sigma Pi is excited to announce we have upgraded to a new Hub. This extensive project is a big step forward in our commitment to improve our technology with the changing times. The new Hub provides a better experience by bringing the information you need to the forefront and making it easier to find the things you need to do—all in a mobile-friendly atmosphere.

Along with the new Hub comes a more dynamic and insightful Chapter Management Program. This updated model replaces the traditional checklist system with a real-time “health indicator” approach—offering a clearer picture of chapter operations and allows the Fraternity to provide targeted support when it’s most impactful.Hub Icons

The updated CMP along with the upgraded Hub allow leaders to focus on enriching the member experience by reducing administrative burden.

Please review this information thoroughly and note what has changed and what has remained the same. While we fully hope this transition will be easy, we’re committed to providing assistance with any questions you may have.

What’s Staying the Same?

Our fundamental goal with this upgrade has been to maximize the member experience while also minimizing the impact on them. We have worked diligently to make the transition as seamless as possible. As a result, the items below will remain the same after the system upgrade.

▲ Username and Password
▲ New Member Process (adding new recruits, reporting pledging ceremony, and reporting initiation ceremony)
▲ Updating Officers
▲ Reporting Member Changes
▲ Reporting Hearings
▲ Form Submissions

What’s New?

▲ Improved Interface: Including improved mobile usability.
▲ Personalized Dashboards: Linking you to priority items and important information. When you log in, you will be directed to items you need to complete. The goal is that as long as a user knows to go to the Hub, they should not need to know how to do the task they are there to do.
▲ Updated Forms: While many forms will look similar to before, all have been reviewed by a team of real users (students and volunteers) to drive opportunities for improvement and help ensure we are collecting the right information in the right way.
