Tips for Promotional Materials

• Be clear about who we are, what we do, and who is eligible to join.
• Include "Delta Sigma Pi" and not just the Greek letters.
• Use proper logos, colors and terminology. The abbreviation for Delta Sigma Pi is Deltasig and avoid using the term "rush."
• Clearly promote times, locations, and contacts to obtain membership information. Avoid using TBA or TBD; instead list a contact or website address for details.
• Attach items to tangible gifts like snacks or pencils/pens. People are more likely to look at it a second time that way.
• Include chapter social media accounts, if active.
• Make it clear that Delta Sigma Pi is co-ed. Include the words "co-ed" or include photos of both men and women.
• Avoid copyright infringements.
