The following donors to the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation were recently recognized for reaching various milestones of giving:
Entrepreneur ($10,000 - $24,999
PGP Paul and Hillary Carpinella, Roger Williams (RI), are long-time supporters of Delta Sigma Pi. Paul served as the Fraternity’s thirty seventh Grand President and is currently serving on the Board of
Directors as Past Grand President. He is also serving as Leadership Foundation Trustee, Chair of the Governance Committee, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Hillary previously served as chair of the Northeastern Provincial Awards Committee
as well as a member of multiple Regional Awards Committee. Paul previously served as Northeastern Provincial Vice President, New England Regional Vice President, as well as District Director for Massachusetts-Amherst, winning the New England District
Director of the Year Award in 2003. He has been a part of many committees, including the National Professional Development and Alumni Development Committees. Paul and Hillary have attended many Deltasig events, including 12 Grand Chapter Congresses.
Paul is senior director, Americas marketing & marketing operations for Tripleseat, and Hillary is world languages department chair for Westwood Public Schools. Here they are pictured with sons Thomas, Isaac and Jacob.
Southwestern RVP Dustin and South Central PVP Sara Casey have
invested countless hours in strengthening the Fraternity. Dustin also currently serves as President of Dallas Area Alumni Chapter. He previously served as a chair of the Southwestern Regional Awards Committee. Sara was Southwestern RVP from 2021-2023
and has also served as a member of the Southwestern Regional Awards Committee. Sara served as District Director for Baylor (TX), during which she won the Regional District Director of the Year Award. The Casey’s are dedicated Deltasigs, and
have attended many national events, including more than 40 LEAD events. Outside of Delta Sigma Pi, Dustin is an auditor for the Texas Comptrollers office, and Sara is the owner of Cupcake Polish.
Ashley McCormick, Drake (IA), is Delta Sigma Pi’s 2008 National Collegian of the Year. Ashley’s service also includes roles on many regional, provincial, national, and foundation committees. She currently serves on
the Governance Committee. Brother McCormick has attended more than 30 events, including more than 20 LEAD events. Professionally, she is the founder of Rooted in Leadership, which helps good leaders become great through executive coaching, group/team
coaching, leadership training, and strategy consulting.
Rick Flynn, Missouri-St. Louis, previously served as District Director for Washington (Missouri). He also served as President of the St. Louis Alumni Chapter. Brother Flynn has also served as a member of the National Professional
Development Committee and on Leadership Foundation committees. Rick was honored with the Silver Helmet award in 2015 and has attended many Deltasig events, including 18 Grand Chapter Congresses.
Kyle, Xavier (OH), and Malory Rinderle, Midwestern State (TX), both worked as Educational and Leadership Consultants at the Delta Sigma Pi Central Office; Kyle from 2011-2014 and Malory from 2013-2015.
Kyle previously served as District Director for Xavier (OH) and currently serves as Vice President-Finance for the Cincinnati Alumni Chapter. He has attended many national events, including seven Grand Chapter Congresses and 15 LEAD events. Malory
has attended 11 LEAD Events, and seven Grand Chapter Congresses. Kyle is a portfolio manager at U.S. Bank, and Malory became a stay-at-home mom at the end of March.
