Delta Sigma Pi is expanding its team and hiring a Manager of Communications/Shared Services and a Membership Growth Specialist-Senior.
Manager of Communications/Shared Services
The Communications/Shared Services Manager can be fully remote and based anywhere in the United States but requires quarterly travel to Oxford, OH and some other travel for events may be required. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in communications for Associations, Non-profits, or Fraternities or Sororities.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching and developing members of the communications and shared services teams.
- Developing and executing the communication plan for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing the external partner program to develop new relationships and ensure the appropriate execution of existing partnership agreements.
- Ensuring the effective and efficient execution of day-to-day operations through the team leader of the administrative team.
- Implementing communication plans and strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment for team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Membership Growth Specialist-Senior
The Membership Growth Specialist - Senior is responsible for executing strategies to support the growth of new chapters and recruitment efforts for existing chapters. This role also identifies potential obstacles, collaborates with volunteers, and participates in project teams to achieve organizational objectives. This position can be fully remote and based anywhere in the United States but requires quarterly travel to Oxford, OH and some other travel for events may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Executing plans to support growth of new chapters and identifying opportunities for new chapters as well as plans to support recruitment efforts for existing chapters.
- Identifying potential obstacles to existing plans and develops solutions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participating as a member of project teams and strategic volunteer groups to collaborate with volunteer leaders to achieve objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
