Deltasigs to Receive Milestone Recognition at 2025 Grand Chapter Congress

Golden Helmets

Mark Leiserowitz, Iowa , graduated with a degree in accounting and then earned his CPA. Shortly after graduation Brother Leiserowitz’s started at Texaco and went onto several other energy companies before retiring in 2020 as a senior accounting manager at Goodrich Petroleum Corporation. Mark is an active member of the Space City Houston Alumni Chapter. He attended the 2023 Houston Alumni Reception and the 2023 Grand Chapter Congress. Mark is a supporter of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation, recognized at the Architect Giving Level. 

Scott Morgan, Arizona State, has served as a District Director for multiple chapters and was president of the Southern California Alumni Club when he lived in the Los Angeles area. He is an active member of the Phoenix Thunderbird Alumni Chapter and has served as an officer several times for the chapter. He has attended numerous local events in the past ten years, always willing to lend a helping hand to fellow brothers and provide historical information about the Fraternity. Scott is a supporter of the Leadership Foundation and previously served as a member of the Leadership Foundation Committee. Professionally, he works in sales at Payfiniti Processing/Micamp Solutions.

Stephen Ropfogel, Cal Poly-Pomona, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a marketing major. He earned his master advertising specialist designation in 2002, which is awarded to the top one percent of promotional products professionals. His dedication to others started when he joined Delta Sigma Pi and now he is highly involved in his community, serving or having served on the Boards of Directors of many organizations, and earning many local recognitions. He previously served as District Director for Cal State University-Northridge and is a is a supporter of the Leadership Foundation. Professionally, he works as a findologist at Halo Branded Solutions.

Laurie Gail Senko, Arizona State, is a dedicated brother and Golden Council member. She is the first women to receive her Golden Helmet for 50 years of service to Delta Sigma Pi. She currently serves as Foundation Chapter Champion/Ambassador. She previously served as Desert Mountain Regional Director (now Regional Vice President). She also previously served four years as District Director (for all six Arizona chapters), plus multiple terms as President, Vice President, and Treasurer for Phoenix-Thunderbird Alumni Chapter. A supporter of the Leadership Foundation, she is recognized at the Fifth Founder Giving Level. Laurie has attended more than 73 national events, including 26 consecutive Grand Chapter Congresses (including this year). Laurie retired as Epic principal trainer at Yuma Regional Medical Center in 2020. She lives in Yuma, Ariz.

Donald Cox, Bentley (MA), is active in the Boston area, attending events for Lambda Tau at Bentley. Brother Cox has worked at Zurich North America for over 15 years and currently works as premium audit technical consultant, where he is responsible for managing the technical, quality, and regulatory compliance of the Premium Audit function. 

Nichelle Dawkins, Drake (IA), has previously served as the Great Plains Regional Vice President. She has also served as District Director for Iowa State and Drake (IA), earning her the North Central Provincial District Director of the Year Award in 2006. A highly involved alumni member, she has been affiliated with the Dallas Area, Seattle-Pacific Northwest, and Des Moines-Central Iowa Alumni Chapters. Brother Dawkins has served as a member of many regional and provincial committees, and she currently serves as a member of the National Scholastic Development and Awards Committee. She has attended 22 events including six Grand Chapter Congresses. Nichelle is a supporter of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation, recognized at the Architect Giving Level. Professionally, she works as a senior director, data analytics agile product owner at Travelers and is serving as an elected city councilmember and Mayor Pro Tem for Bedford, Texas.

Kellyann DziedzicRider (NJ), brings over 25 years of experience in leadership, compliance and ethics, including a strong foundation as a compliance officer within hospitals and healthcare systems. She currently serves as director of global customer success at EQS Group, where her teams guide clients in successfully managing and strengthening their compliance technology programs. Her career also includes roles at Onerust, Prime Power Services, Inc., SAI Global Compliance, and as an independent consultant. Kellyann attended Grand Chapter Congress in 2019 and 2023 and is a proud supporter of the Leadership Foundation. 

Lesley Harris, Connecticut, has served as President, Secretary, Vice President, Treasurer, Vice President-Finance for New York City and Hartford Connecticut Alumni Chapters. Lesley served as District Director for New York, winning the Eastern Region District Direct of the Year Award in 2007 and then won the Northeastern Provincial District Director of the Year Award in 2008. Brother Harris has attended more than 20 events including eight Grand Chapter Congresses. A supporter of the Leadership Foundation, she’s recognized at the Architect Giving Level. Professionally, she is a professor of English at ESERP Business & Law School.

H. Lee James,West Alabama, previously served as Central Gulf Regional Vice President and has also served as District Director for Alabama, Auburn (AL), Southern Mississippi, the Birmingham-Magic City and Greater Western Alabama Alumni Chapters. Brother James has attended more than 35 events including 11 Grand Chapter Congresses. A supporter of the Leadership Foundation, he is recognized at the Architect Giving Level. Professionally, he is a load planner at Penske Logistics.  

Amy Jursz, Connecticut, has attended more than 15 events including 14 Grand Chapter Congresses. Brother Jursz is a supporter of the Leadership Foundation. She has worked for Scientific Games, Hilton Grand Vacations, and currently works as a consumer insights manager at the Walt Disney Company.

Richard Kelleher, Bentley (MA), has attended more than 14 events including 11 Grand Chapter Congresses. A supporter of the Leadership Foundation and a member of the Deltasig Investors Roundtable, he is recognized at the Architect Giving Level. Professionally, he works as director, treasury at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Adam Ledford, Georgia, currently serves as District Director for Arizona. Adam has attended four events including the 2021 Virtual Fall LEAD, 2022 Grand Chapter Congress, and 2023 Western LEAD Provincial Conference. Brother Ledford is a supporter of the Leadership Foundation. Professionally, he works as a policy and program coordinator at Pima Association of Governments. Adam is looking forward to another 25-year milestone this year - he and his lovely wife Julie are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary this December!

Heath Marell, Roger Williams (RI), currently serves as District Director for Maryland-College Park and previously served for Johns Hopkins (MD). He also served as President and other officer positions for both New York City Alumni Chapter and DC Metro Alumni Chapter. Brother Marell also was a member of the National Alumni Development and GCC Host Committees. Heath has attended more than 30 events including seven Grand Professionally, he is field chief technology officer at CDWG.

Valerie Martinez, Cal State-Fullerton, previously served as District Director for Cal Poly-Pomona and Chapman (CA). During this time, she won the 2016 Western Provincial District Director of the Year Award.  She has also served as chair of the National Scholastic Development and Awards. Brother Martinez also served as an officer for Orange County (CA) Alumni Chapter, receiving the Anthony Z. Fernandez Distinguished Alumni Service Award in 2015. A supporter of the Leadership Foundation, she is recognized at the Architect Giving Level. Professionally, Valerie is a buyer at United Natural Foods, Inc.

Tosin Odesanya, Georgia Southern, currently serves as a Leadership Foundation Trustee and as a member of the Foundation Advancement Committee. He previously served on the Foundation Strategic Giving Subcommittee and was a member of the National Vision Statement Task Force. Tosin and wife Lauret, Georgia Southern, are supporters of the Leadership Foundation and members of the Deltasig Investors Roundtable, recognized at the Benefactor Giving Level. Brother Odesanya has attended more than 10 events, including five LEAD events. He is a co-founder and board member of Nigerian American Investment Partners. Professionally, he works as senior vice president, strategy, transformation, and digital customer care at Synchrony.

Tracey Schebera, Florida State, previously served as District Director for Florida State and Barry (FL). Tracey also served as President for Jacksonville Alumni Chapter and is an active member of Boston Alumni Chapter, having severed multiple officer roles in the chapter. Brother Schebera served as chair and a member of different Regional Awards Committees, currently serving on the Northeastern Provincial Awards Committee. She has attended more than 35 events, including 14 LEAD events. A supporter of the Leadership Foundation, she is recognized at the Cornerstone Giving Level. Professionally, Tracey is a business software analyst at Kurt J Lesker Company.

Heather Troyer, Washington-St. Louis, started at the Central Office as an Educational and Leadership Consultant in 2003. She has worked in many different roles since then including Membership Services Coordinator, Director of Member Services, and her current title, Senior Director of Member Engagement. Heather has been a member of many different National Committees and Task Forces, including Alumni Development, CEI, and Vision Statement. Brother Troyer has attended more than 130 events including 12 Grand Chapter Congresses. A supporter of the Leadership Foundation, she is recognized at the Entrepreneur Giving Level.

Darrick Williams, South Carolina, previously served as Southeastern Regional Vice President. He also previously served as District Director for South Carolina andFrancis Marion (SC), during this time he won the National District Director of the Year Award. Brother Williams has served as chair of the Southern Provincial Awards Committee, and member of the National Nominations Committee. He currently serves as President for Columbia Alumni Chapter, where he previously served as District Director. He has attended more than 60 events including 36 LEAD events. A supporter of the Leadership Foundation, he is recognized at the Architect Giving Level. Professionally, he works as manager, group onboarding at Aflac Group Insurance.
