James, Marshall (WV), previously served as Eastern Central RVP from 2017-2021 where he organized three regional events, oversaw colonization and installation of Psi Omega, colonization of Northern Kentucky University and creation of the Dayton Alumni Chapter. He has also served as Northeastern Provincial Professional Development Committee Chair, National Individual Discipline Policy Task Force Chair and on the East Central Regional Awards Committee. James has also been District Director for Theta Pi at Bowling Green State (OH), Xi Upsilon at Marshall (WV), Gamma Mu at Tulane (LA), and Alpha Omicron at Ohio, earning East Central Regional District Director of the Year in 2017.

As RVP, James wants all brothers to feel more connected to one another. He wants all members to be able to share their thoughts and ideas with leaders, as well as each other. He also hopes to continue growth of chapters in the Region by ensuring members are aware of and taking advantage of opportunities and resources available to them.

James is currently a stay-at-home parent, volunteering for his daughter's Parent/Teacher Organization. He also plays in and serves as the Inventory Coordinator and Scorekeeping Coordinator for his local recreational ice hockey league.
