This past summer, the Grand Chapter amended bylaws to reorganize the national committee structure to allow for better oversight, clearer expectations, and greater efficiency. Part of this restructuring was the creation of advisory panels and work groups.
WE NEED YOU! If you are interested in a work group or advisory panel below, reach out to volunteer@dsp.org so we can build the new structure.
JOIN AN ADVISORY PANEL:
Advisory Panel members provide practical feedback, identify emerging trends, and help the Board of Directors make informed decisions. Terms of all advisory panel members terminate at the final adjournment of each Grand Chapter Congress following their appointment. Interested in getting involved? Email volunteer@dsp.org.
Academia Advisory Panel - shape how Delta Sigma Pi partners with higher education and supports business education and student engagement. Members of this panel are individuals working in student activities, current chapter faculty advisors, or people with similar current experience.
Alumni Advisory Panel - influence how the Fraternity connects with alumni across careers, generations, and life stages. Members of this panel are Deltasigs with a passion for the organization and varying levels of past engagement (volunteering, event attendance, alumni chapter participation), age, and geography.
Chapter Operational Support Advisory Panel - help strengthen the tools, resources, and systems that support chapters and volunteers. Members of this panel are a selection of currently serving District Directors, Regional Vice Presidents, and Chapter Advisors who represent chapters of different sizes, experience, and geographic location.
Collegiate Advisory Panel - ensure student perspectives are central to recruitment, programming, and chapter support. Members of this panel are current collegiate members representing chapters of different sizes, provinces, public/private and commuter/residential status.
Industry Advisory Panel - align Delta Sigma Pi with workforce trends, in-demand skills, and professional opportunities. Members of this panel are individuals in a variety of professional areas and levels of professional and Deltasig experience.
JOIN A WORK GROUP:
Volunteering for a national work group is one of the most impactful ways to support the Deltasig community. Unless reappointed, work group membership expires annually on September 1. Some terms relate to project work, so once the assignment is completed, the term ends. Interested in getting involved? Email volunteer@dsp.org.
Chapter Operations Work Group - focus on empowering chapter leaders, enhancing operational consistency, and expanding the volunteer network. If you enjoy improving systems and supporting chapter leaders, this group is a powerful place to serve.
Deltasig Experience Work Group - design and enhance membership engagement experiences across the entire member lifecycle. If you’re passionate about building community and creating memorable experiences, this group is for you.
Ethics and Standards Work Group - ensure Fraternity conduct, processes, and expectations reflect the highest standards of ethical leadership. If fairness, integrity, and accountability matter to you, your leadership here will make a lasting impact.
Member Recognition Work Group - honor the accomplishments of brothers and chapters with integrity, consistency, and pride. If you enjoy celebrating achievements and strengthening a culture of appreciation, this group offers meaningful ways to uplift others.
Leadership Development Work Group - provide every brother with high quality learning experiences. If you love developing others and shaping learning experiences, this group is a natural fit.
Volunteer Opportunities Work Group - help members easily find, understand, and step into opportunities where their talents make the greatest impact. If you enjoy building pathways for others to lead, strengthening systems behind the scenes, and ensuring members can serve where they’re most impactful, this work group is a meaningful way to give back.
