As you actively pursue your goals, it is important that clear expectations are established between you and your leader and active communication is managed as your working relationship develops. In this program, Tim will explore:

About the Presenter:

Tim AugustineTim Augustine is a Delta Sigma Pi brother, Leadership Foundation Trustee, business owner, successful entrepreneur, author and professional speaker. He is an owner of Atwell, LLC, an 800-person engineering, consulting and construction management firm providing services to the real-estate & land development, power & energy, and oil & gas industries. Tim earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Executive participant in Harvard Business School’s Merger & Acquisition Program and received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kent State University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Atwell, PLA Holdings, and Open-Heart Magic, a non-profit organization providing interactive bedside magic to pediatric units and children’s hospitals.

Tim has written three books, including his most recent, How Hard Are You Knocking? Landing a Job in a Rebounding Economy (Oakhill Press, New York), recognized by Career Magazine in the “Top 100 Best Career Books of All Time.” His seminars and books have been featured nationally and he has presented to over 700 universities and organizations throughout the United States. Tim has been a Professor at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and is a contributing writer for Inc. Magazine, Fast Company and Monster.com on topics pertaining to marketing/people strategies of successful organizations.
