The virtual Southern Provincial Council Meeting will be February 20 at:
- 11:30 a.m. Eastern
- 10:30 a.m. Central
- 9:30 a.m. Mountain
- 8:30 a.m. Pacific
Any brother wishing to attend the Council Meeting must
register. Non-members (including colony members and pledges) may also attend, but cannot participate in any Ritual or Ritual discussion. If the chapter president is unable to represent their chapter as the delegate, the chapter must elect an alternate delegate and report it within two days of the election using the Alternate Delegate Form found in the Hub Forms Module.
For a collegiate chapter to receive CMP credit, the chapter must have at least one member registered for the
2021 Virtual Spring LEAD and must also have a seated delegate at their respective Provincial Council Meeting.

Proposed changes to Bylaws and Ritual are discussed and voted on during the Provincial Council Meetings. Proposed changes, submitted via our
recommendation template, were due to Southern PVP Carrie Burns (
southernpvp@dsp.org) by
11:59 p.m. EST on January 6.
