- Approved 2026-27 Operating Budget setting dues at $ $57.50 per member per fall/spring and initiation fees at $90. Additional fee breakdown can be found on the Fraternity Operations available online.
- Authorized the Executive Director to contract with the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront for 2029 Grand Chapter Congress August 1-5, 2029.
- Established processes to implement the newly adopted Bylaws permitting Provincial Council Policy legislation to be submitted to the Grand Chapter.
- Updated Board Committee policy to make clear that a non-director committee member immediately ends their committee term upon becoming a director. This reduces the risk of the Governance Committee falling out of compliance in a scenario where Directors could become majority membership of the committee as a result of elections.
- Revoked the charter of Nu Chi (Lynchburg [VA]) due to abandonment.
