Actions:
- Directed the Chapter Operations Work Group to explore changes in chapter officer structure that would provide flexibility for different types of chapters.
- Supported continuing with educational plans that increase the number of LEAD Summits in 2026 and not hosting LEAD Schools.
- Discussed and supported proposed outline of the roles and responsibilities of staff and volunteers in preparation of national events.
- Approved updated Executive Director Evaluation Process.
- Updated previous decision on provincial budget allocations for the 2026-27 fiscal year, to use chapter counts from July 1, 2025 as the calculation point. The previously adopted new process will determine allocations based on distance and number of collegiate chapters.
- Received reports from the Board Committees (Executive, Governance, Finance, and Audit).
- Received an update from the Leadership Foundation.
