As Director of Member Education & Support, Lynn is responsible for leading the strategy and development of
educational initiatives to enhance member engagement, leadership growth, and organizational success. She will oversee the
training and education programs including events, online learning, and chapter support.
Lynn graduated from the University of Findlay with a bachelor’s degree in social work. After graduation, she spent 13 years working as a social worker in hospital and long-term care settings and then shifted gears to the nonprofit sector by joining
Girl Scouts of Western Ohio. She started as a community engagement manager and evolved into growth project manager, where she worked to drive growth across the entire council.
She is passionate about giving back and excited to start developing future leaders of Delta Sigma Pi. Lynn is ready to help members build the skills and confidence they need to succeed, both within Deltasig and in their broader careers
Lynn and her husband have been married 25 years and have two children. They love spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping, kayaking, or off-roading. She volunteers at her church by mentoring children who lack support at home, and is a 4-H advisor,
working with young people to help them grow and develop valuable life skills.
Join us in welcoming Lynn by sending your congratulations to lynn@dsp.org.
