Abbey Schneider, who graduated from Miami University in May as a professional writing and strategic communications double major, will join the Central Office staff as a Communications Coordinator. Abbey is a member of Phi Sigma Pi, a national honor fraternity, and has completed internships with Miami’s office of communications and marketing as well as American Electric Power in Columbus, Ohio. She worked in many capacities while on campus in Oxford, including as an undergraduate teaching assistant, a writing apprentice and as part of the front desk staff at the Marcum Hotel and Conference Center.

Abbey originally hails from Pickerington, Ohio (a suburb of Columbus) and enjoys reading, watching TV, listening to music, hanging out with friends and eating good food. She is excited to apply her writing and design skills to better serve our organization.
