Exciting updates to Leadership Foundation Staffing

Aug 04, 2022 – Announcing Jeanine Triplett and Shanda Gray as Leadership Foundation Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, respectively.

Effective July 18, 2022, Jeanine Triplett has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation, having served as Associate Executive Director for the past year. Bill Schilling, who served as Executive Vice President since July 2021, will remain on the Fraternity/Leadership Foundation staff as Executive Director Emeritus, until retirement on September 30, 2022.

We are also pleased to announce that Shanda Gray has been named the Chief Operating Officer for the Leadership Foundation effective August 1, 2022, and will be transitioning over the next several months from her current events and education roles.  As COO, Gray will oversee the daily activities of the Foundation operations, particularly in the areas of committee and volunteer management, communications, fundraising campaigns, and maintaining regular donor outreach.

Jeanine has spent her entire professional career working in the area of non-profits, development/fundraising, communications and marketing. A member of Delta Zeta Sorority, Jeanine also brings a wealth of Greek organizational knowledge and a stellar record of volunteer service, including serving as Delta Zeta's National President from 2012 to 2014 and as Leadership Giving Chair of the Delta Zeta Foundation's national capital campaign. She also currently serves as a member of the Delta Zeta Foundation board as a Trustee.  Jeanine was initiated as a brother of Delta Sigma Pi in April of this year.

Shanda has been on staff with Delta Sigma Pi since 1999, and prior to that served on the Fraternity Board and in myriad of other volunteer roles.  Since 1999, she has focused on events, education, technology and communications and also played a dual role as Executive Vice President of the Leadership Foundation for 15 years. With her breadth of fraternal experience and contacts, as well as a marketing and communications background, she is well-suited to fill this new COO position.

With the addition of Shanda, Jeanine will focus with the Leadership Foundation Board of Trustees on the Foundation’s strategic vision and priorities, as well as expanding the major gifts program.
