Kayleigh Lot Named National Scholastic Development Chair

Oct 13, 2021 – Kayleigh Lot has been appointed National Scholastic Development and Awards Committee Chair.

In serving as National Scholastic Development and Awards Committee Chair, Kayleigh will be responsible for the development of programs, encouraging scholastic achievement among Collegiate Members and shall also develop and oversee the Fraternity’s awards programs. The committee shall work closely with the Provincial Scholastic Development and Awards Committees to achieve the Fraternity’s goals and objectives in the areas of scholarship and awards programs.

Kayleigh is a proud graduate of the University at Buffalo, with an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, and a Masters degree in Workforce Management. She currently works as a Business & Integration Arch Manager for Accenture. Kayleigh has spent her professional career leading projects to analyze BrassRing ATS functionality, identifying areas of focus for system optimization, executing design configuration for foundational level areas, analyzing and documenting Human Resource procedures, managing HR of teammates with a focus on policy compliance, and much more.

Kayleigh has played a very active role within leadership of Delta Sigma Pi. She has managed leadership teams of multiple Brothers in roles ranging from District Director to Committee Chairs, analyzed chapters operations to ensure operations and actions are in line with Fraternity bylaws and policies, and worked within chapters to solve disciplinary issues. Kayleigh is continuously working to seek out and develop leaders within the region, both at the collegiate and alumni levels, in order to build a well-rounded team and pipeline of talent for the future.
