Stephen Dominy Named National Standards Committee Chair

Oct 11, 2021 – Stephen Dominy has been appointed National Standards Committee Chair.

In serving as National Standards Committee Chair, Stephen will develop training materials for new individual discipline, serving as a resource for Standing Committees on all levels, as well as handle appeals. The National Standards Committee Chair will update responsibilities of the Chapter Chancellor to oversee the entire process, and establish a Chapter Standards Committee to conduct hearings on an individual basis.

Stephen is a proud graduate of Mercer University where he received his Bachelors degree in Integrative Marketing Communications, Florida State University where he received his Masters in Higher Education and Student Affairs, and Texas Christian University where he received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration. Stephen currently works as the Associate Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at Texas Christian University. He has vast experience and knowledge in operations of fraternity and sorority community. He has advised three councils, Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, and National Pan-Hellenic Council, consisting of over 700 students in 22 fraternities and sororities.

Stephen has been involved in leadership positions and project management throughout his professional career. He has executed and supported all marketing and public relations efforts for fraternity and sorority life, including web designs, press releases, and communication with internal and external partners. Stephen held the Staff Senate President position, as well as an instructor for APSU 1000, and advised 3 honoraries, Gamma Sigma Alpha Academic Honor Society, Order of Omega National Greek Leadership Honor Society, and Rho Lambda.
