From the June 15, 2021 virtual meeting:
- Approved to authorize Executive Vice President Bill Schilling to act on behalf of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation in regards to requesting/processing life insurance claims.
- Informed by the Grand President that the Fraternity Board of Directors will utilize a task force to manage the Executive Director search.
- Determined that the Board of Trustees will host virtual interim meeting on July 14. The Board of Trustees Annual meeting will be held in Cincinnati on September 26, with a New Trustee Orientation on September 25.
From the July 14, 2021 virtual meeting:
- Elected Randy Hultz as President & Chair, effective at the September 26 Board of Trustees Annual Meeting.
- Elected Beth Keith as Vice Chair, effective at the September 26 Board of Trustees Annual Meeting.
- Elected Bill Schilling as Secretary & Treasurer, effective at the September 26 Board of Trustees Annual Meeting.
- Elected Joelle Berlat, Houston, Conchita Dixon, Penn State-Erie, and Tosin Odesanya, Georgia Southern, as Trustees, effective at the September 26 Board of Trustees Annual Meeting.
- Amended Policy I. G. 2-6 to allow non-Trustees to serve as Committee Chair, with the exception of the Audit Committee. Each committee must have a Trustee.
- Approved the second revision (version 3) of the 2021-2022 Fraternity Grant Prioritization Agreement providing $200,000 in educational grants to the Fraternity.
