Foundation Board Minutes in Seconds

The Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation Board of Trustees virtually hosted its Mid-Year Meeting on March 20, 2021. Actions taken by the Board are recorded in the Minutes in Seconds:
- Determined to hire both an Executive Vice President and one additional gift-focused position
- Determined to remain with Stephenson and Warner, Inc. for Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation Auditing, but if the Fraternity looks to change, then the Leadership Foundation would likely follow. Leadership Foundation does not recommend such change at this time.
- Approved the Revised 2021-2022 Fraternity Grant Prioritization Agreement providing $120,000 in educational grants to the Fraternity.
- Approved the Resolution to register the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation in the states of Minnesota and Washington, in order to solicit charitable gifts.
- Determined to use Reserve funds to cover outstanding 2019-2020 Fraternity grants, 2020-2021 grants (as needed) and to use Reserve Funds to cover expanded staff for 2021-2022.
- Determined that the Board Development & Nominations Committee will present at least two or three candidates for election at the Annual Meeting.
- Determined that the Annual Meeting will likely take place in Cincinnati in September in conjunction with a meeting of the Fraternity Board. Trustees were asked to block off September 25-26 on their calendars.
