Briggs Reelected as Foundation Vice Chair

Oct 23, 2020 – The Board of Trustees of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation unanimously reelected Jeff Briggs to a second term as Vice Chair.

The election took place during the Foundation’s Annual Meeting in September.

A longtime volunteer, Briggs has served as a Foundation Trustee since 2016 and as the Finance Committee Chair since 2017. He was first elected Vice Chair in 2019. Briggs is a member of the Deltasig Investors Roundtable, Crown & Delta Society and has achieved the lifetime giving level of Entrepreneur.

In addition to his Foundation service, Briggs served as Cincinnati Alumni Chapter President from 2002-2004, Alpha Upsilon (Miami University) District Director from 1995 to 2001 and Theta Lambda (Xavier University) Chapter Advisor from 2011 to 2015. He received his Silver Helmet in 2017. His wife, Judith, worked at the Central Office from 1994 to 1996 as an Educational and Leadership Consultant, and from 1996-1998 as Director of Administrative Services. She also served as the Provincial Vice President for the Northern Province from 1999 to 2001.

Professionally, Briggs is the Chief Financial Officer at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Previously he served in leadership roles at Thomas More College, Xavier University and Ernst & Young. He graduated from Miami University and earned his MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Briggs will serve as Vice Chair until the Foundation’s 2021 Annual Meeting scheduled to take place in advance of the Fraternity’s Grand Chapter Congress in Cleveland, Ohio.
