What can I expect working at the Central Office (CO)?
The Central Office offers the opportunity to work on a nationwide scale, while enjoying a small business environment. Insurance, retirement, compensation and vacation benefits are highly competitive. Many staffers have been at the CO for 15+ years! A diverse work atmosphere, the office allows opportunities to learn from (and to teach!) professionals who have the common goal of furthering a #DSPHigherStandard.

What is living in Oxford like?
Walk to practically anything you may need. Candidates needing to relocate will receive ample time to do so, as well as assistance in securing housing. Many CO staffers live nearby, and will ensure things go smoothly for you and continue to throughout your time in Oxford. Home to the gorgeous red brick campus of Miami University, think of Oxford as a small-town, safe environment with no shortage of things to do. We encourage you to check out Enjoy Oxford for more. One visit and you'll find it no secret why a common saying around here is, "To think that in such a place, I lead such a life."
