Foundation Annual Report

The 2024-25 Annual Report for the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation is published in the December 2025 issue of The Deltasig. This webpage, in addition to other news stories, supplement the information found in the magazine.

Continued Growth for the Leadership Foundation!

The heartbeat of Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity and Leadership Foundation is a commitment to developing principled leaders. This past year, we made great strides in achieving this commitment through increased engagement, education efforts, chapter support, infrastructure developments, leadership development, financial efforts and more.

Your generosity turned commitment into action — making 2024–25 an impactful year for both the Fraternity and Leadership Foundation. The Leadership Foundation received more than 1.2 million dollars in contributions this year, and these funds supported three vital areas: Fraternity grants, Chapter Leadership Funds, and scholarships. Also in 2024-25, more than 27,000 alumni members engaged with the Fraternity in some way—and over half were for the first time ever. Another first was the introduction of LEAD Summits, which helped bring leadership development closer to members with more targeted and affordable educational initiatives. Thanks to support from the Deltasig Fund, we delivered excellent leadership programming to more than 2,000 members, upgraded chapter resources, and more. To round out the year, Delta Sigma Pi then won the 2025 Outstanding Organizational Impact Award from the Professional Fraternity Association for updating current programs to be more effective and make a meaningful difference for members.
This is only a glimpse of the many milestones reached in 2024-25, which can only occur with a strong foundation of member support. Through Deltasigs, like yourself, we can continue to improve, change, and serve our organization. On behalf of the Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity and Leadership Foundation, thank you for your generosity, your partnership, and your belief in the power of Delta Sigma Pi. Together, we are building a stronger future for our brotherhood.

Collaborating to Develop Stronger Leaders

Delta Sigma Pi and the Leadership Foundation work hand in hand to deliver on one promise: to make membership more valuable at every stage of life. Through the Leadership Foundation’s financial support, Delta Sigma Pi can provide programs that help members become stronger leaders, more effective professionals, and more engaged citizens.

Every time a member learns, leads, or earns support through one of our programs, it’s in part because of the generosity of our donors.

Your Impact at Work

In the 2024–2025 fiscal year, the Leadership Foundation granted $245,000 directly to the Fraternity—funds that powered our most impactful educational experiences, including LEAD, Presidents’ Academy, and Leadership Academy. These programs aren’t just events; they are launchpads for our members’ success—helping them build confidence, communication, and leadership skills that carry into their careers and communities.

Leadership Academy: Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today

The first-ever Leadership Academy in August 2024 focused on preparing the next generation of Deltasig volunteer leaders—those most likely to guide our chapters and the Fraternity forward. By investing in these future leaders now (using grants to fully pay for registration fees and lodging during the event), donors are ensuring that chapters continue to thrive under strong, principled guidance for years to come. The event was a resounding success with ninety-one percent of attendees agreeing the event developed their leadership skills. Other notable stats include:

  • Overwhelming Recommendation: A remarkable 91.3% of attendees stated they were "Very likely" to recommend the Leadership Academy to other leaders.
  • Exceptional Experience: The majority of participants (57%) rated their overall experience as "Excellent," with the remaining 43% rating it "Very Good."
  • Strengthened Bonds: 74% "Strongly agreed" that the Leadership Academy fostered a greater sense of connection to Delta Sigma Pi.

LEAD Summits: Expanding Access to Development

LEAD Summits bring leadership development closer to members, offering shorter, more targeted, and affordable programs. The more condensed, interactive, and targeted leadership development programming allows attendees to get more value for less cost and time. Thanks to Leadership Foundation grants (which lower registration fees more than $20 per person), these programs are accessible to more members—of all ages—without compromising quality.

Presidents’ Academy: Strengthening Chapters Nationwide

Our award-winning Presidents’ Academy empowers chapter presidents to lead effectively and confidently. This investment in leadership directly benefits every chapter member by improving communication, team culture, and chapter success. Because of Leadership Foundation support, Delta Sigma Pi can continue offering this nationally recognized program at minimal cost to chapters—as almost all expenses (travel, lodging, and registration) are fully covered by the Fraternity and Foundation. (We are proud this program won the Professional Fraternity Association’s Outstanding Professional Program in both 2019 and 2024.)

Lifelong Member Engagement

Connecting, Inspiring, and Investing in Deltasigs for Life

The Fraternity and Leadership Foundation work hand-in-hand to keep members connected for life. Through Leadership Foundation grants and donor support, we’re creating meaningful ways for members to engage at every stage—whether through alumni chapters, professional development, or digital communities. Each gift ensures Delta Sigma Pi remains a source of connection, leadership, and pride long after graduation.

Strengthening the Deltasig Network

Lifelong member engagement means more than staying in touch—it’s about fostering ongoing relationships, shared purpose, and personal growth. With support from the Leadership Foundation, Delta Sigma Pi expanded programs and communication strategies to better understand what motivates members to participate and how to align activities with their evolving interests.

In 2024–25, more than 27,000 alumni members engaged with Delta Sigma Pi—over half for the first time. Foundation-supported outreach initiatives helped us welcome these members back into the Deltasig community and remind them that the bond of brotherhood extends well beyond college.

At the recent Grand Chapter Congress, Delta Sigma Pi also restructured the national committee structure to provide more accessible and meaningful ways for members to contribute their expertise and passion. This new structure opens the door for alumni and collegiate members alike to serve on work groups, advisory panels, and task forces that shape the Fraternity’s direction, strengthen operations, and expand our impact. Whether offering professional insight, adding value to the Deltasig experience, or helping guide strategic initiatives, volunteers are playing a growing role in advancing the Deltasig mission.

Building Alumni Connections

Through the Leadership Foundation’s ongoing investment, the Fraternity continues to expand opportunities for alumni to connect locally and nationally. In 2025, we proudly recognized 54 franchised alumni chapters, including new additions in Achieve More Corporate, Albuquerque, Batavia–Western Upstate NY, Providence (RI), Seattle–Pacific Northwest, and Tulsa–Green Country (OK). These chapters bring Deltasigs together to network, celebrate milestones, and give back to the next generation. If you’re interested in joining or starting an alumni chapter, see contact information for alumni chapters on page X.

In addition to chapter and other local gatherings, which both the Fraternity and Foundation continue to support, more than 110 alumni members also attended alumni receptions hosted in Oklahoma City, Philadelphia, Alexandria, VA, and Baton Rouge, LA. These gatherings strengthen alumni engagement and help bridge connections between collegiate and alumni chapters, ensuring every Deltasig feels part of something bigger.

Honor Roll of Donors

Delta Sigma Pi proudly thanks the 2024-2025 Honor Roll of Donors, who donated $100 or more during the Foundation’s fiscal year. This list recognizes Honor Roll of Donors who made gifts of $500 or more between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025. The number in parenthesis after the name indicates the number years the donor has given $100 or more. A diamond denotes Deltasig For Life Donors.

Deltasig Investors Roundtable- The Power of Collective Giving

The Deltasig Investors Roundtable recognizes those distinguished Deltasigs who financially support Delta Sigma Pi at a strategic level through annual gifts totaling $1,200 or more and is the Foundation’s premier annual giving society. All gifts (unrestricted and restricted) in a given fiscal year (July to June) count towards an individual’s membership. Joining the Roundtable can be accomplished in a variety of ways, depending on your annual philanthropic goals. You can make a one-time investment  or recurring monthly/quarterly investments. You can also make a five-year investment by establishing a financial pledge with the Leadership Foundation. Roundtable members make a true investment in the future of the Deltasig brotherhood and ensure a quality Fraternity and professional development experience is provided to future business leaders.

2024–25, 187 members of the Deltasig Investors Roundtable committed at least $1,200 annually, contributing a total of more than $224,400. These gifts provided vital resources for Leadership Foundation grants that sustain leadership training, alumni engagement, and educational programming for thousands of members.

Every dollar contributed by Roundtable members is an investment in the future of our brotherhood—ensuring Deltasigs continue to grow as principled business leaders and active community members. As we move into 2025–26, our goal is to surpass 200 Roundtable members, deepening our collective impact and expanding opportunities for engagement.

Tribute Gifts

A memorial gift is an appropriate way to recognize someone’s life and accomplishments. Donations may be made in any amount. Once received, a personalized note will be sent in the donor’s name to the honoree or family member notifying them of this kind gesture. Organizational Excellence

Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity and the Leadership Foundation are united in one mission: building exceptional experiences for our members. Together, we are investing in the people, technology, and infrastructure that make the Fraternity stronger and more sustainable. Each dollar granted, each volunteered hour, every mentorship conversation, and each act of generosity creates a ripple effect—helping every chapter and member reach their full potential.

Leading with Vision

Organizational excellence begins with strong leadership. This year, both the Fraternity and Leadership Foundation Boards invested in joint leadership development to ensure alignment and strategic focus at the highest levels. Combined Board training, held in September, strengthened collaboration, improved governance practices, and created a shared vision for advancing the Fraternity and Foundation together. These investments in leadership directly enhance decision-making and stewardship—ensuring donor dollars and member fees are used more efficiently and effectively.

Strengthening Financial Foundations

To sustain our Purpose, we continue to grow diverse sources of support beyond dues and fees. This year, we welcomed four new companies to our list of corporate partners, funding leadership education, professional development, and networking events for members across the country. Additional event sponsorships and merchandising partnerships are being explored to further expand this vital support.

The Building on Brotherhood Brick Campaign also continues to unite members in a shared legacy—each brick symbolizing the lasting impact of a Deltasig’s commitment to our future.

The Deltasig Fund: Fueling Growth and Flexibility

The Deltasig Fund, our unrestricted annual giving program, ensures the Foundation can respond to emerging needs and sustain vital programs. Unrestricted giving helped fund educational grants, technology enhancements, and training that directly benefit members and chapters.

Impact: Support from the Deltasig Fund made it possible to deliver leadership programming to more than 2,000 members, upgrade chapter officer resources, and launch tools that help members lead with confidence. Every donor to the Deltasig Fund keeps Delta Sigma Pi strong, adaptable, and ready to meet the evolving needs of our brotherhood.

Investing in Technology for the Future

A major milestone this year was the launch of the new Fraternity database—the Hub—introduced to collegiate chapters and national officers in August. The Hub is transforming how members interact with the Fraternity. Chapter officers now spend less time on administrative reporting and more time creating value for their members. The mobile-friendly system centralizes essential resources, streamline communication, and provides a modern platform for future innovations that will serve generations of Deltasigs.

The BASE Fund: Powering Foundation Operations

Behind every successful program is a strong operational backbone. The BASE Fund helps offset the Foundation’s operating costs so more resources can go directly to grants and scholarship supporting leadership education and membership support. This year, more than $50,000 was allocated from the BASE Fund to strengthen core operations—ensuring the Foundation can continue expanding programs and grants. The BASE Fund now stands at nearly $1 million, a remarkable milestone achieved through the generosity of members who believe in the Foundation’s mission. Gifts of all sizes are appreciated in support of the BASE Fund with nearly 50 donors supporting the BASE Fund since its 2021 inception. Donors making more significant BASE Fund contributions are recognized through the BASE Society.

Become a BASE Builder or Bridge Funder:

  • BASE Builder: gifts of at least $25,000
  • Bridge Funder: gifts or pledges of at least $10,000, then pledge to be a BASE Builder

Together, these supporters make the Foundation’s long-term sustainability possible.

The Living Legacy Society: Securing Our Future

The Living Legacy Society honors brothers who have chosen to include the Leadership Foundation in their estate plans—ensuring our mission continues for generations. Planned gifts like these strengthen the Foundation’s endowment and provide a steady source of funding for future educational initiatives.

Today, 101 members are part of this visionary group. Their generosity ensures that tomorrow’s Deltasigs will continue to receive scholarships, training, and leadership development opportunities that help them excel in their careers and communities.

If you’ve already made a legacy commitment, please let us know so we can recognize your generosity and update our records. To learn more about joining, visit dsp.org/FNDAnnualReport.

Empowering Service and Volunteerism

A newly approved national Fraternity committee structure, adopted by the Grand Chapter in August, now provides clearer expectations, stronger alignment with strategic priorities, and improved oversight. This framework allows for more meaningful collaboration between the Fraternity and Foundation—supporting more than 60 volunteer opportunities across work groups, advisory panels, task forces, and Foundation committees. Volunteers are bringing fresh ideas, strategic focus, and professional expertise that help advance the work of both organizations. To explore opportunities to serve, visit dsp.org/volunteer.

Closing Thought

Organizational excellence is more than a goal—it’s a shared responsibility. Every gift, sponsorship, and volunteer hour strengthens the infrastructure that supports every Deltasig member. Because of you, our brotherhood continues to grow stronger, more connected, and more capable of changing lives.

Yesterday’s Decisions Support Today’s Impact

In 2025, Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity celebrates 118 years of being a meaningful part of the leadership development experience. While there have been years of prosperity and years of struggle, the cumulative strong financial base in which the Fraternity operates today creates opportunities and perpetuates future stability. In the 2025 fiscal year, the Fraternity benefited from more than $400,000 in revenue from investment returns, similarly, nearly $44,000 of the Leadership Foundation’s Fraternity grant, and the more than $175,000 in academic scholarships and chapter grants (non-CLF) awarded dollars were paid through endowments that create additional benefits in perpetuity. These funds, left to us by forward-thinking Deltasigs, help fund today, and create tomorrow’s dreams.
