Heather Troyer graduated from Washington-St. Louis with a B.S.B.A. in marketing and finance and minors in psychology and political science. She was initiated at Washington-St. Louis as a collegiate member and held many positions in her Delta Sigma Pi chapter including fundraising chair, brotherhood bonding chair, Vice President-Pledge Education, and Chapter President.
Heather joined the Central Office staff in 2003 and spent a year as an Educational and Leadership Consultant. In 2004, she became a Membership Services Coordinator, was promoted to Director of Member Services in 2009, became Senior Director of Member Engagement in 2019, and became Process Leader of Strategic Initiatives in 2026. Throughout her tenure, Heather has held many responsibilities, including regalia management, chapter support, oversight of the Chapter Management Program, alumni member engagement, development and management of Delta Sigma Pi's communication strategy and team, including all electronic and printed publications and communications, including website and social media content. Heather also previously served as staff liaison for the National Alumni Development Committee, National Professional Development Committee, National Awards Committee, the Resource Management Task Force, and the CEI Task Force.
As Process Leader of Strategic Initiatives, Heather plays a crucial role in advancing the mission of the Fraternity by developing, communicating, and implementing operational strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. She supports the long-term success of the Fraternity by optimizing internal processes, fostering collaboration between leadership and members, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. She is also managing editor of The Deltasig, supervising its production. Heather is also staff liaison for the Governance Committee.
She enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, Bryan, sons, Matthew and Ethan, and their family cats, Coco and Cali.
