Ashley joined the Central Office in December 2025 as Administrative Support Team Leader. Ashley is responsible for directing and guiding the admin team to ensure the efficient execution of daily responsibilities. In this position, she will provide mentoring and ensure a collaborative approach from all administrative team members as well as answering phones, greeting visitors, updating the membership database and backing up other members of the administrative team.
Ashley graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor’s degree in international studies, focusing on Asian studies. During her academic journey, she received the Gilman-McCain Scholarship to study abroad in Chiang Mai, Thailand—an experience that strengthened her global perspective and cultural awareness.
She has 19 years of experience in the salon industry including more than a decade in management experience. Ashley is a military spouse and has two teenage boys. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, shopping, and traveling.
