Amber joined the Central Office September 2026 as IT Program Leader. She is responsible for managing vendor relationships, supporting staff and volunteers, and overseeing the implementation of new systems.
Amber has over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, focusing on strategic planning, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, vendor relations, and technology transformation. Her previous experience includes working as a virtual Chief Information Officer at multiple organizations, where she demonstrated her ability to guide organizations through technology planning and change management. She has assisted over 100 clients with developing multi-year strategies and conducting IT risk assessments.
Most recently, she served as Chief Technology Officer at Craftline Graphics, where she modernized systems, implemented automation tools, and partnered with leadership to align technology with business goals.
