Abbey Schneider graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a bachelor's degree in professional writing and strategic communications. She joined the Central Office as a Communications Coordinator in 2023 and was promoted to Senior Content Specialist in 2026.
Abbey is a member of Phi Sigma Pi, a national honor fraternity, and previously worked with Miami’s office of communications and marketing as well as American Electric Power in Columbus, Ohio. She worked in many capacities while on campus at Miami, including as an undergraduate teaching assistant and a writing apprentice.
Abbey originally hails from Pickerington, Ohio and enjoys reading, watching TV, listening to music, hanging out with friends and eating good food.
