Delta Sigma Pi’s discounted rate is $129/night + tax for one to four people, which includes complimentary internet. Call (716) 856-1234 for reservations (be sure to mention Delta Sigma Pi) or book online. This rate is available until January 9 or once the group room block is filled. Registrants must be 18 or older when booking within the room block. When booking outside of the room block, registrants must be 21 or older.
This hotel offers a fun and cheery dining space with Starbucks in the Lobby. A climate-controlled walkway gives access to the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. Attendees may park at the Augspurger Parking Ramp, located adjacent to the hotel across the street, or the open lot located directly across the street. Parking rates vary at both locations.

As Delta Sigma Pi returns to host in-person LEAD Provincial Conferences and Council Meetings, we want to provide an update on the COVID guidelines that will be followed during each event, as the health and safety of our brothers is of the utmost importance. Delta Sigma Pi will adhere to all federal, state, and local COVID or other pandemic protocols at the time and location of each event. Safety protocols may be adjusted as the Fraternity continues to monitor COVID activities.
