Delta Sigma Pi has made major investments to better support the strategic priority of Membership Growth. This session is an informal opportunity to meet our Senior Growth Consultant, Sara Erl and Growth Consultant, Yiannoula Katsadas as they introduce themselves and their goals for expansion of new Deltasig chapters. This team will be more involved in the day-to-day support of our startup groups and are excited to meet those interested in our expansion efforts, or those looking to become more involved! 

About the presenters: 

This webinar will be presented by Sara Erl and Yiannoula Katsadas.

Sara Erl, a Delta Sigma Pi alumnus, graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales and Business Administration. She was initiated into Zeta Xi in 2019 and joined the Central Office as an Educational and Leadership Consultant in 2021. Sara served as her chapter's President, Vice President-Pledge Education, Vice President-Community Service, Marketing Chair, Inter-Chapter Relations Chair and University Relations Chair. Additionally, she was the recipient of the Brother of the Semester Award and the 2021 Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key for the Zeta Xi Chapter. Promoted to Senior Growth Consultant, Sara is responsible for executing the Fraternity's expansion programs, ensuring long-term growth and stability for our membership and chapter counts.

Yiannoula Katsadas is a member of Phi Mu Women’s Fraternity and the National Communication Association’s official  honor society, Lambda Pi Eta. While at Westminster, Yiannoula served as a student liaison to faculty on the instructional resources committee and on Phi Mu’s Collegiate Advisory Council and Strategic Planning Committee, focusing efforts on DEI and mental health awareness.  She also served as Vice President of Membership Development and a Recruitment Counselor for the college’s Panhellenic Conference. Yiannoula joined the Central Office staff as a Growth Consultant in July 2023. As a Growth Consultant, she is responsible for executing the Fraternity's expansion programs, ensuring long-term growth and stability for our membership and chapter counts.
