About the Presenter: Kayleigh Lot
Kayleigh Lot, University at Buffalo (NY), has been serving as the National Scholastic Development and Awards Chair since 2021. Prior to this, Kayleigh served as a member of the National Scholastic Development and Awards Committee. She has also served
as the Niagara Regional Vice President as well as the District Director at Rochester Institute of Technology (NY) prior to their reactivation as a chapter. She has attended more than 30 national events and webinars, including being a presenter/facilitator
at many of them. Kayleigh is a supporter of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation as a Deltasig For Life Donor. Professionally, Kayleigh is a Manager at Accenture, consulting with clients primarily around leveraging HR and Recruiting technology
to enable future-focused organizational success. She is also a Dog Mom to an adorable (and petty) Multitzu named Sammy and the Cool Aunt to her niece and nephew that she is lucky enough to have living right next-door.
