About the Presenter: 

Tricia Smith, Akron (OH), currently serves as Past Grand President and as a Trustee of the Leadership Foundation. She Tricia Smithpreviously served as Grand President, the Northeastern Provincial Vice President, Steel Valley Regional Vice President, and as a District Director. Tricia is the Vice President of Member Services at ARMA International where she contributes strategic direction towards the organization’s overall success and is responsible for developing and driving the strategy for membership engagement efforts. She also supports the associations component network to achieve that strategy, including retention and engagement of members, database management, member benefits, and communication for members.
