Starting with the unofficial role of “Problem Solver” Nick has created sales processes, formed relationships, hired and trained teams, and helped small business grow effectively and efficiently. After work, Nick speaks around the country to colleges and students looking to guarantee they graduate school with a job, leveraging the 13 job offers he received at graduation and training you to do the same.

AusAustin Bristowtin Bristow, Indiana-Bloomington, is a sales analyst by trade. Using his analytical mindset, he has spent the better part of a decade exploring the role his time, money and relationships play in more effectively pursuing things that truly matter to him. As a result, he’s made a 180 degree change in his career path, helped his wife run a creative small business from home, completed multiple distance running and triathlon races and started his own professional speaking business. He’s a TEDx speaker, cold-brew coffee addict and openly embraces the fact that he’s kind of a nerd.
