Deltasigs Share Their Story!

Apr 08, 2026 – Read what Delta Sigma Pi means to brothers.

National Alumni Day is April 25th, but we are celebrating and honoring members all month long. Each week will introduce a new way to celebrate the Deltasig brotherhood, but we encourage you to spotlight brothers or share your own Deltasig story all month long!

Whether it’s a favorite memory from your collegiate days, the impact Delta Sigma Pi has had on your career, or the lifelong connections you’ve built, your story helps celebrate the strength of our brotherhood and inspires future generations of members.

Read the stories below and join the brothers below by sharing your own story.

Andrea Guzman Chavira, Texas-El Paso

“Delta Sigma Pi has meant so much to me. Not only did it develop me professionally and personally, but it gave my lifelong friends and the love of my life, my husband, Christian Chavira. We got married and several of our brothers were bridesmaids and groomsmen at our wedding. We have a 6-year-old son named Dante, a 5-year-old girl named Emilia, and we just welcomed our 10-day-old son, Axel. We are proud Deltasigs and a living testimony for how much this organization can develop a person in more ways than one.”

Educational and Leadership Consultant Aidan Cannon, Truman State (MO)

“This Fraternity has given so much to me and I am so grateful to be a member of the organization. I enjoy being able to support and help each of our chapters and being able to visit their campuses. Some recent highlights of my alumni experience are being hired as an Educational and Leadership Consultant, attending Houston and Palm Springs Grand Chapter Congress, and meeting so many brothers across the country.”

Jamison Lewis, Marshall (WV)

“Being an Assistant District Director for Xi Upsilon Chapter at Marshall University has been an amazing experience, and I'm proud to continue serving Delta Sigma Pi as an alum! Since I started as Assistant District Directors, our chapter has doubled its recruiting numbers, placed 10th nationally of all collegiate chapters in the Founders' Day Challenge, had its first-ever East Central Regional Collegian of the Year, won Marshall University's Most Improved Organization Award, initiated Marshall President and former Intuit CEO Brad D. Smith, won 1st Place in the Society for Advancement of Management's international Written Case Competition, and so much more...All in all, Delta Sigma Pi has given me so much, and I will forever be proud to be a brother.”

Nikkolas Arceo, Cal State-Chico

“We proudly welcomed our new pledge class into Epsilon Theta Chapter alongside our incredible alumni. It was a great day filled with barbecue, games, and shared experiences that highlighted what Delta Sigma Pi means to all of us. Spending this time together helped strengthen our bond with our alumni and each other. With their continued support and the dedication of our brothers, we’re excited to carry on our legacy and keep building an even stronger Fraternity.”

Kristen Wilhelm-Glass, Lindenwood (MO)

“Deltasig gave me a real-world foundation in business—helping me refine my interviewing skills, market myself with confidence, and navigate opportunities like resume building and negotiating benefits beyond just salary…Serving on the Board of Directors was an experience that challenged and shaped me in ways I’ll always carry forward. Being selected as National Collegian of the Year in 2019 is an honor I still struggle to put into words. It can still be a challenge at times being a woman in the business world, and my time on the board pushed me to speak up, stand firm in my perspectives, and advocate for what I believed would create a better experience for all members. The thing I love most, though, is the friends I've made. Some of my closest friends and most inspiring mentors came from this Fraternity. In fact, more than half of my bridesmaids were my brothers. That alone says everything.”
