Jordan Curtis and Kyann Roberts Join the Central Office

Mar 17, 2026 – Meet our Senior Growth Consultant and Education Leadership Consultant (ELC).

Jordan and Kyann join Delta Sigma Pi to support the membership of the Fraternity.

As the Senior Growth Consultant, Jordan Curtis is responsible for executing strategies to support the growth of new chapters and recruitment efforts for existing chapters. This role also identifies potential obstacles, collaborates with volunteers, and participates in project teams to achieve organizational objectives. 

As an ELC, Kyann, Midwestern (TX), serves as a primary resource for collegiate chapters, providing coaching, training, and guidance to support chapter operations, member development, and organizational growth. This role helps chapters meet Delta Sigma Pi standards, strengthen operational excellence, and enhance the collegiate member experience.

Jordan Curtis HeadshotJordan previously worked as director of marketing and community engagement at Shift_ed, marketing and communications manager at Family Service of the Piedmont, and junior communications officer at Ripple Effect Communications. Professionally, he has driven marketing strategy, community engagement, and organizational growth within many nonprofit and higher education spaces.

He is passionate about helping organizations strengthen sustainable systems growth, and excited to support Deltasig’s work in developing student leaders, strengthening communities, and expanding meaningful professional networks for members.

More about Education Leadership Consultant Kyann Roberts:

Kyann HeadshotKyann has an associate’s degree in business administration, a bachelor’s degree in general business, and recently graduated with a master’s degree in business analytics in December 2025. Brother Kyann previously served as Epsilon Zeta Chapter’s social chair, chancellor, and vice president-chapter operations. At the 2026 South Central LEAD Provincial Conference, he was recognized as the Tornado Alley Regional Collegian of the Year.  

Outside of Delta Sigma Pi, Kyann worked as a finance intern at Nortex Regional Planning Commission and as a graduate assistant at Midwestern State Universityassisting with absence letters and student withdrawals. He is excited to work with Delta Sigma Pi to help develop future business leaders and contribute to impactful professional programming. In his free time, Kyann enjoys traveling and exploring new cities.
