Paul and Jenna will be joined by Central Office Staff and collegiate leaders to outline updates for next year that will assist chapters. Topics will include governance updates, delegate experience, chapter officer support, and events/education updates. A Q&A will follow.
About the Presenters:
Paul Carpinella 
Paul, Bentley (MA), was elected Grand President in August and has served in numerous positions with the Fraternity since his initiation in 1999. Upon graduation, he served as District Director for the Massachusetts-Boston Startup Group, and through
the years he would serve as New England Regional Vice President, District Director for Bentley (MA), Northeastern Provincial Vice President, and as National Chair of the Professional Development and Alumni Development Committees. In his career, he
has spent 21 years in marketing, and currently serves as senior director, growth marketing at VIZIT, an ecommerce startup providing visual AI technology to companies.
Jenna Markowitz 
Jenna, Bellarmine (KY), currently serves as the National Organizational Development Committee Chair, focusing on the Fraternity’s future and enhancing the Organizational Excellence strategic priority. She has served as a leader in Delta
Sigma Pi since her initiation in 2005, starting at the chapter level as president and continuing as an Assistant District Director and District Director for her collegiate chapter. Professionally, Jenna is currently an associate director of risk management
with Humana.
