All attendees of Delta Sigma Pi events are required to sign and abide by the Event Conduct Agreement. While we promote social activity, we need to always remember that we are representatives of Delta Sigma Pi and as such we should conduct ourselves in a professional and respectful manner.
Attendees acknowledge and commit to the following:
- I understand that Delta Sigma Pi is sharing this venue with other patrons and I will act in a respectful and courteous manner in both public and private spaces.
- I will refrain from any activity that creates a nuisance; for example slamming doors, noisy rooms or hanging/loitering in the hallways or other public areas. If I am involved in any such behavior, I accept that I may be asked to leave the property.
- I will comply with all state, federal and local laws and with the directions of the Fraternity leaders and/or hotel or venue personnel, including law enforcement or security officers.
- I will furnish truthful information, including valid identification, upon request to Fraternity leaders and/or hotel or venue personnel, including law enforcement or security officers.
- I will provide my hotel and room number upon request to any venue security personnel, National Board of Directors member, Regional Vice President or Central Office Staff Member.
- I understand I am responsible for the actions and behavior of any persons that I permit access to my hotel room.
- I understand and will abide by all provisions of Delta Sigma Pi’s Risk Management and Conduct Policy.
- I understand that my failure to comply with any of the above may result in my personal liability for hotel damages; financial responsibility for compensated rooms; and/or Fraternal disciplinary actions, at a local or national level—which may include but are not limited to trials resulting in reprimands, fines, probation, suspension and expulsion.
