The hotel is a block from the Elbow Entertainment District, a collection of more than 20 bars, restaurants and performance venues. The Elbow is behind the Hyatt, and the St. John's River is in front of the Hyatt, which is highly recommended to check out a River Cruise or Dolphin Tour on the St. John's River Taxi. To the right of the hotel is the USS Orleck Naval Museum, a Vietnam Era Warship open to tour and explore on the river.

Hotel Information:
Delta Sigma Pi’s discounted rate is $149/night + tax for one to four people, which includes complimentary internet. Call (904) 588-1234 and mention Delta Sigma Pi for discounted reservations or book online. Discounted rates are available until 9/25, but rooms may sell out sooner. Parking is available at $24+tax per day for overnight and daily guests. Daily guests will have no in/out privileges.
