COVID Protocols:
As the health and safety of our brothers is of the utmost importance, all attendees will be required to wear a well-fitted mask throughout all sessions, while participating in group activities, and while indoors in the hotel event spaces. The only exception will be while actively eating or drinking during official meal functions. We ask that registrants please plan ahead to come to the event with an appropriate mask.
Additionally, while the LEAD Provincial Conference will only be available in-person, chapter delegates not attending the in-person event will have an opportunity to participate in the Provincial Council Meeting virtually.

Community Service Opportunities:
Support Ronald McDonald House Charities and bring your Pop Tabs! We will donate all collected pop
tabs to RMHC. They collect aluminum pop tabs year-round, and the recycling of these tabs generates necessary income to allow them to continue to serve children and families. Drop them off at the Community Service table between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
on Saturday.
Cards for Humanity - Bring
a Target Gift Card in the amount of $1/member in your chapter (or $25
total for an alumni chapter). If you're not sure where to find the exact number
of people in your chapter, check in the Hub under Members (or just let me
know). The gift cards will be given to victims of the recent
Marshall Fire in Colorado. Drop them off at the Community Service table
between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm on Saturday.
Charity Miles - Western Provincial LEAD Edition. Starting February 1 and ending on the Sunday of LEAD – 2/27/22, you can log your miles. We will be raising money for the National Park Foundation and encourage you to share photos of your favorite National Park trips. You do NOT need to be attending LEAD to participate in this event.
How does this work?
- Step 1: Download the Charity Miles app.
- Step 2: Create your account and pick NATIONAL PARK FOUNDATION as the charity.
- Step 3: Make your username and add your chapter letters so we can track chapters participating (ex. Karen Li - HX or Louis Santos - LAAC).
- Step 4: Link Apple Health or your Strava Account. Android users just need to turn on their pedometer. If you use another fitness tracker, you need to sync to one of those three first. (If you don't want to link apps, you can also use a tracker inside the Charity Mile app). Find more information by clicking here
- Step 5: Join the "ΔΣΠ Team West" team.
- Step 6: Get moving! Run/Walk miles earn $0.25/mile and Biking miles earn $0.10/mile.
