Meet our Director of Leadership Development!

May 21, 2024 – Delta Sigma Pi welcomes Katie Kerry to the Central Office staff.

As Director of Leadership Development, Katie oversees the Fraternity's educational framework. At Delta Sigma Pi, she will craft engaging and results-oriented programs to align with our vision.

Katie's vision for Delta Sigma Pi is a holistic leadership development experience. She will manage the delivery of educational programs in various areas, including values-based leadership development and officer development for chapters and volunteers. She is passionate about developing engaging learning experiences that drive both operational excellence and individual growth.

Over the past 10 years, Katie has become a passionate leader in talent development, transforming non-profit and corporate teams through impactful training programs. Previously, Katie worked as director of education and outreach at Clothes That Work, a workforce development non-profit. At Clothes That Work, she designed and implemented research-based curriculum, delivering interactive workshops and classes that empowered job seekers and area professionals.

Katie is a lifelong learner, graduating summa cum laude from Wright State University. Her passion for education extends beyond the professional realm. She serves as a steering committee member and speaker mentor of TedX@Dayton Youth. She also serves as student engagement co-chair on a workforce development committee responsible for creating pathways to career success for more than 77,000 students. When she’s not helping others build pathways to success, Katie can be found trail running, hiking up mountains, traveling or cooking up a new recipe in the kitchen.

Join us in welcoming Katie by sending your congratulations to katie@dsp.org.
