During her speech, Alba discussed the importance of taking initiative in your career and taking opportunities as they come your way. She also encouraged brothers to always remember the power of networking, as your biggest asset is your professional network. She also reminded attendees of two things to always remember can never be taken away: what you know (head) and what you feel (heart).

Key points taken away from the Q&A session included the importance of collaboration, particularly the mindset that you can go far together and the impact a company can have on being involved within a community and striving to be a positive for those around you.
