Community Service Opportunities:

Survival Kits - The Sophia Way:

We will be packing kits that contain personal care and hygiene items for unsheltered women in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Come by the Community Service table between 8:00am and 4:30pm on Saturday to pack a kit and learn more about this organization.

Cards for Humanity:

Bring a Target Gift Card in the amount of $1/member in your chapter (or $25 total for an alumni chapter). If you're not sure where to find the exact number of people in your chapter, check in the Hub under Members (or ask at the Community Service table). The gift cards will be given to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington. Drop them off at the Community Service table between 8:00am and 4:30pm on Saturday.

Charity Miles are Back!

Charity Miles: Western LEAD Provincial Edition. Starting February 12 and ending on the Sunday of LEAD – 3/12/23, you can log your miles. We will be raising money for the National Park Foundation and encourage you to share photos of your favorite National Park trips. You do NOT need to be attending LEAD to participate in this event.

How does this work?

  • Step 1: Download the Charity Miles app.
  • Step 2: Create your account and pick NATIONAL PARK FOUNDATION as the charity.
  • Step 3: Make your username and add your chapter letters so we can track chapters participating (ex. Karen Li - HX or Louis Santos - LAAC).
  • Step 4: Link Apple Health or your Strava Account. Android users just need to turn on their pedometer. If you use another fitness tracker, you need to sync to one of those three first. (If you don't want to link apps, you can also use a tracker inside the Charity Mile app). Find more information by clicking here
  • Step 5: Join the "ΔΣΠ Team West" team.
  • Step 6: Get moving! Run/Walk miles earn $0.25/mile and Biking miles earn $0.10/mile.

*If you are already on the app, you just need to do steps 2, 5, and 6!!*

Let's see which chapter can raise the most for #TeamWest!!!!!!!!!!!

COVID Guidelines:

As Delta Sigma Pi returns to host in-person LEAD Provincial Conferences and Council Meetings, we want to provide an update on the COVID guidelines that will be followed during each event, as the health and safety of our brothers is of the utmost importance. Delta Sigma Pi will adhere to all federal, state, and local COVID or other pandemic protocols at the time and location of each event. Safety protocols may be adjusted as the Fraternity continues to monitor COVID activities.

Additional Network Opportunities:

Join us for two exciting events in the area! The Volunteer Leadership Training on March 12 gives current and aspiring Deltasig volunteer leaders a chance to enhance their Deltasig knowledge and grow their leadership skills. We also invite you to attend an Alumni Reception the evening of Thursday, March 9. Make plans now to join us for brotherhood, networking, and delight.
