Delta Sigma Pi is hiring a full-time Growth Consultant!

Jun 20, 2023 – To focus on our strategic priority of membership growth, national headquarters is seeking candidates who enjoy traveling and can help add more Delta Sigma Pi chapters.

The Growth Consultant position is a full-time, paid position on Central Office staff. This opportunity provides a number of job experiences and benefits for recent college graduates. Growth Consultants are responsible for executing the Fraternity's expansion programs, ensuring long-term growth and stability for our membership and chapter counts.

Responsibilities, while often overlapping, will generally serve three goals:DSC_1084

  • Support and educate student officers, local and regional volunteers, and campus officials in the operations of a startup group and meeting requirements for installation as a chapter.
  • Supporting operations and educational efforts for membership growth in both current and future chapters.
  • Developing the relationships necessary to create new startup groups at targeted institutions.

Growth Consultants have the opportunity to travel throughout the country for up to 75% of the year. The position also includes a competitive package of benefits.
 
This position provides the individual with valuable credentials to further a career in student affairs, training and leadership development, nonprofit associations, insurance, sales, technology, graduate school and more!  They also meet school administrators, Fraternity leaders and business contacts who can help them further their careers.

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or marketing/sales. Applicants must be willing to learn about Delta Sigma Pi chapter functions and recruitment techniques. They should also be able to moderate group discussions and speak with campus officials in a professional manner. Ability and willingness to travel, including weekends, is a must.
