Minutes in Seconds from the April 23, 2023 Board Meeting:

    • The Board reviewed the purpose and charge of the Vision Task Force and provided Task Force Chair Kim Loudon with feedback gathered at the Provincial Council Meetings and direction on process. • Who serves on the Board and how selected?
      • Barriers to running for office
      • What is in Bylaws vs. Policies (who votes on what)
      • Organizational goals (next steps)
    • Upheld the probation of Iota Pi (San Diego State) after an appeal by the chapter, which was placed on probation on 2/23/23 through 6/30/23.
