On August 12, 2016, the Board of Directors approved the Fraternity’s Strategic Priorities for 2016-2021. These priorities are a result of two years of dialogue and research to identify which areas of focus will guide our organization to continued excellence. We thank those who helped contribute in the creation of the Strategic Priorities and bringing it to its final form.

GP Onuka Ibe explains, “This list is not a detailed strategic or operating plan. Instead, these priorities reflect the primary areas of focus for the Fraternity and signal how each of us -- board members, staff, committees, alumni, and students -- can contribute our support to the Fraternity's purpose. In fact, the only way these priorities can be accomplished is if we own them together.”

Every brother, every Deltasig, has something of value they can contribute to the growth of the Fraternity. As the promotion of the Strategic Priorities continues at all levels of the Fraternity, we are hoping members keep these goals in mind as they create opportunities, activities, and initiatives, and share them with each other.
