Anthony Z. Fernandez Distinguished Alumni Service Award

Each year, alumni chapters may present the Anthony Z. Fernandez Distinguished Alumni Service Award to one member who has demonstrated an outstanding level of volunteer service to Delta Sigma Pi, as well as consistent contributions to the well-being of the chapter and the Fraternity as a whole.

Fernandez

Delta Sigma Pi created this award in memory of Delta Sigma Pi member Anthony Z. Fernandez, who served the Fraternity as Director of Alumni Activities, Regional Director, and on various committees. The Fraternity created the award in honor of Fernandez’s exceptional level of service to the Fraternity.

Anthony Z. Fernandez Distinguished Alumni Service Awards are granted by majority vote of the nominating alumni chapter, with no required approval by the national Fraternity. Award recipients receive a certificate and recognition in The DELTASIG.

Award Submission

Alumni chapter officers submit notification of award votes to the Central Office via the corresponding form in the Hub. The Central Office staff then supplies the certificate and handles magazine publication. Please allow four weeks prior to the function at which the certificate is scheduled to be awarded for approval and delivery.
