Interim South Central PVP Announced

Jan 27, 2022 – Henry McDaniel has been appointed to serve as Interim South Central Provincial Vice President pending an upcoming election to fill the vacancy.

Brother McDaniel is a graduate of Missouri-Kansas City and has previously served in many roles within the Fraternity including South Central PVP from 2012 to 2017, Midwestern Regional Vice President, and District Director. He also has served on the South Central Provincial Discipline Committee and on the Leadership Foundation Donor Outreach and Engagement Committee, among many others. Henry has also served as an officer of the Kansas City Alumni Chapter.

Brother Charlie Kenney resigned last week from his position as South Central PVP citing personal mental health concerns. We wish Charlie all the best and support in making this difficult decision.

According to the Delta Sigma Pi Bylaws, the Grand President appoints an interim Provincial Vice President to serve the Province until an election can take place. Also, in accordance with Bylaws, the Grand President must schedule an election within 60 days of the vacancy occurring. Our anticipated next steps are to finalize the election timeline at the Provincial Council Meeting scheduled for February 19.

Henry can be reached at SouthCentralPVP@dsp.org.
