The agenda for this meeting was entirely personnel related and therefore was held in Executive Session with no guests. During the meeting, the Board voted to progress the selection process of the Executive Director forward with the Grand President responsible for contract negotiations. The Board meets again during their regularly scheduled meeting January 29-30, 2022.
