The agenda for this meeting was entirely personnel related and
therefore was held in Executive Session with no guests. During the meeting, the
Board received a report from Executive Director Selection Task Force and
recruiting firm People Solutions Center on the progress of the selection
process. The Board discussed the candidates and identified next steps with
direction given in order to continue the interview process. An additional Board
meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 27.
