Central Office Welcomes Two New Consultants

Jun 07, 2021 – Last week, Sara Erl and Aaron Rivera joined the Central Office staff as Educational and Leadership Consultants.

Erl, Lewis (IL), and Rivera, California-Merced, join current Educational and Leadership Consultant (ELC) Jasmin Flores, Nevada-Reno, and will focus on chapter operations and chapter visits, including officer training. Learn more about the ELC program

About Sara: 

Sara ErlSara Erl graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales and Business Administration. She was initiated into Zeta Xi in 2019 and served as her chapter's President, Vice President-Pledge Education, Vice President-Community Service, Inter-Chapter Relations Chair and University Relations Chair. As a collegiate member, Sara was delegate to three LEAD events, one Presidents’ Academy, and was the recipient of the Brother of the Semester Award and the 2021 Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key for the Zeta Xi Chapter.

Prior to joining the Central Office staff, Sara worked as a Top Selling Lead at Bath & Body Works, a Lead Marketing Intern at Sodexo U.S.A. and a Social Media Coordinator for the Lewis University Intramural & Recreation Division. She was involved with the College of Business Advisory Board, the Lewis Intramural Sports Staff, and the introductory class of the National Society of Leadership & Success at Lewis University. Sara has also participated in being a student panel member for the College of Business Stakeholders and Accreditation Meetings and an honoree at the Lewis University Presidents’ Circle Dinner. Sara has also obtained a strong background in peer mediation and leadership throughout her academic career. 

In her free time, Sara enjoys puzzles of all types, video games, watching movies (especially The Lord of the Rings Trilogy), hiking, baking, and going on spontaneous travels full of adventure.

About Aaron:

Aaron RiveraAaron Rivera graduated from the University of California-Merced with a Bachelor's of Science in Management and Business Economics and a Minor in Global Art Studies. He was initiated into Tau Chi in 2018 and served as his chapter's President, Senior Vice President and Vice President-Professional Activities. As a collegiate member, Aaron attended five LEAD events and one Presidents' Academy and was named Tau Chi Chapter 2021 Collegian of the Year.

Prior to joining the Central Office staff, Aaron worked at Target. At the University of California-Merced, he was involved with the housing office as a Lead Office Assistant, with the Student's First Center as an Enrollment Service Peer Mentor, and with Hip Hop Movement as the dance team director. In his free time, he enjoys dancing, singing, and video games.
