Southern Cal Chapters Make a Difference

Dec 31, 2019 – This fall, nearly 100 brothers made a difference to provide critical support to youth in California.

For 2019 Make A Difference Day, Southern California chapters volunteered at Santa Claus, Inc. in San Bernardino, assisting with inventorying shoes, organizing books, entering data, decorating bookmarks, painting caution poles to resemble candy canes for the holidays, and ground and building maintenance. In addition, Deltasigs donated $500 for the purchase of fleece, which was fashioned into more than 100 blankets.

Chapters in attendance included nine chapters from the Pacific Coast and South Pacific Regions: California-Riverside, Redlands (CA), California-Irvine, Chapman (CA), Concordia (CA), Cal Poly-Pomona and alumni from Orange County, Long Beach-Pier 9 and Inland Empire.
