Cincinnati Alumni Chapter Hosts Founders' Day Open House

Dec 05, 2016 – The Cincinnati Alumni Chapter hosted the second annual Founders' Day Open House November 12 at the Central Office in Oxford, Ohio.

The Central Office welcomed almost 50 attendees, including alumni, collegians and guests.

Chapter President Jim Gerhardt gave tours of the Central Office and talked to attendees about Fraternity history, education, artifacts and more! He also gave a quick presentation of little known or forgotten information from The DELTASIG magazine, such as the Silver Anniversary or the Psi Chapter Wisconsin mascot - Rosebud I, a 33-ton Sherman Tank.

Founder's Day

Morgan Brunner, Cincinnati, said "After being a brother in Delta Sigma Pi for four years, I am happy I was finally able to visit the Central Office. It was amazing to see all the history of an organization that has come to mean so much to me. I would recommend for any brother who has not been to make sure they put it on their to-do list. It made me happy to be a brother of the best business Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi!"

Sarah Boughan, Cincinnati, also enjoyed her visit. "I really enjoyed the atmosphere as soon as you walked in the door because everyone was so welcoming and excited to meet you! I also enjoyed meeting brothers from all over and hearing about their experiences being a Deltasig. The experience was definitely rewarding because there is such an incredible amount of history to learn from the artifacts to look at, which made me feel much more connected to being a brother in Delta Sigma Pi," said Boughan.
